Service and Delivery

All items in stock are despatched within 28 working days of receiving your order using Royal Mail. Standard delivery time is approximately 5 - 10 working days.

As all of our products are hand crafted, there may be occasions when we are unable to despatch your order within the usual timescale. In these instances we would contact you immediately to advise of the situation and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

All deliveries are despatched via Royal Mail and are charged at cost. Actual cost will be advised prior to confirmation of order unless otherwise agreed.

Overseas Delivery

We accept orders for delivery to most parts of the word.

If for any reason, you are unhappy with a product purchased from Aakwork, you can return the unused item within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please return them to us in the original packaging, with a full explanation, and let us know whether you would like a replacement or a full refund.

A returns form will be enclosed with your order, please ensure that fill in your name and address and whether you would like a replacement or refund.

Goods returned to us damaged or lost in transit will not be credited.

Refunds, replacements or exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items.

Any goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost, with free delivery.

We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses such as lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms of this statement.

Change of Heart

We try hard to give you all the information you need and as clear an image as possible, but we appreciate that the goods still might not be quite what you were expecting. If you decide it isn’t quite what you wanted, we are happy to give you a full refund provided that:
